As a promotional activity of lifetime learning, the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Hakodate Chamber of Commerce sponsored gThe 5th Lifetime Learning International Symposium `95 in Hakodateh and the gHakodate Twilight Concerth. HD was responsible for event planning, coordination, and a series of printed materials. This event took place in 1995.
